At BILTONGBOKS, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including P.O. Boxes and parcel lockers.
Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday during business hours (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM AEST may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders. Shipping options include:
•\tStandard Shipping: 2–7 business days (delivery times may vary depending on location).
Please note that Australia Post does not typically deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Process
•\tOnce your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
•\tIf you’re not available to receive your parcel, Australia Post may leave a notification card and take your item to the nearest post office for collection.
•\tFor P.O. Boxes, parcels will be delivered directly to the designated post office.

At BILTONGBOKS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is stress-free.
Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item

2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship It Back: Send the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
