We started Big Bedding Australia in 2013 with the aim to be Australia's best online bedding store. Having many friends within the bedding and mattress industry it was time to begin selling Australian made bedding, furniture and mattresses. The aim was to pass on the savings to our customers.

What started out as something small quickly became much more, many customers begun passing on their positive feedback and word of mouth quickly spread across Australia. Big Bedding Australia use a mixture of couriers and our own trucks to deliver our variety of items. Larger items are delivered using our own trucks and small ones use aramex, australia post, courier please and toll. We may use other services at our own discretion, to ensure the best service is provided.

We deliver Australia wide and in the case we are unable to deliver to an extremely rural area we will work with the customer to solve the issue.

Delivery times vary and most items leave our warehouse within 2 business days. SleepMaker & A H beard mattresses take between 10 to 14 business days to deliver.

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

In an unlikely event a product is damaged, contact us to organise return or refund possibility.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 (seven) business days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused and must have all tags attached and packaging.

Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within the 30-day period.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Return for faulty items

If there is a fault with your item please send your purchase back to the manufacturer, all our products come with manufacturer warranties for peace of mind. We will assist with this process if needed.

To return your faulty product, you should contact and mail your product to the manufacturer, as we try our best to use only manufacturers in Australia, shipping costs should be relatively small.

- Shipping costs for return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable through Big Bedding Australia but may be via the manufacturer.

To cover the cost of the initial shipping charge we will also deduct 10% of the item price.
