BH S1RW rower A heavy duty yet powerfully smooth actioned magnetic rower, the S1RW is graded for intensive use of up to 20 hour per week. Features include a large, heavy duty smooth rowing action, 17 programs, (12 preset programs, Manual Program, User Program, Professional Racing Program and Heart Rate Control Program) coupled with 16 different intensity levels. The easy to read, large, blue backlit, tilting console displays Strokes per Minute, Distance, Calories, Pulse, Level, Program & Total Strokes. Additionally, the console features an inbuilt heart rate receiver so you can attach your chest strap and easily track your heart rate to maximise your workout performance. The heavy duty aluminium railing provides a smooth, quiet movement and provides confidence in its robust size,central throwing action and strong overall capability.
