30-Day Return Policy
At Bento Bliss, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help with our 30-day return policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please send an email with the subject line "Return Request".
In your email, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item(s) you wish to return
Our customer service team will review your request and respond with further instructions within 2-3 business days.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wear and tear or improper use/care is not considered a fault. While we take pride in offering high-quality products at BentoBliss, no product is indestructible—especially when used by little hands. General wear and tear over time is expected. To ensure your child’s new goodies last as long as possible, we recommend showing them how to use and care for their items properly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
