Since then we have become a reputable and experienced online retailer of bearings and associated products. We are an independent and fully Australian owned retailer and distributor of bearings, automotive spare parts both genuine and aftermarket?. Our products include, but not limited to bearings, seals, timing belts and wheel bearing kits, automotive belts and kits, service kits, brake pads, chain and much more to come. Bearings Express Shipping Policy

We aim for all orders made by midday AEST (Queensland time) to be posted within 1 'business' day. We ship Australia Wide and any delivery timeframes provided are estimations only and subject to the carrier's delivery time. \n\nTo ensure your order is received as quickly as possible, please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number. Our items are packed carefully to ensure maximum protection for a safe journey.\n\nWe use a combination of Australia Post, Sendle (Aramax and Couriers Please), which is determined by us.? \n\nFor your convenience please ensure someone will be home to accept your goods. Both carriers offer the ability to re-direct your delivery if needed. In the event that nobody will be home please advise us if there is a safe place for your order to be left. \n\nYou will be notified when your order has been processed, along with tracking information. \n\nIf you have any questions about delivery, please contact us.

Bearings Express Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. We understand that you might need to return something for a refund. Please contact us prior to sending anything back so we can organise a return label. Please do NOT take your return to your nearest store. Returned items must be packed carefully with return label attached. If You Change Your Mind: Please contact us about your intent to return your order up to 30 days after your purchase to qualify for a full refund. Contact us via the Contact Seller link within your order confirmation email. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and include all parts in order to receive a refund. If the Item Arrived Damaged or is Missing Parts: All orders leave the supplier warehouse in brand new and undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or with missing components please contact us via the Contact Seller link within your order confirmation email and we will absolutely organise a replacement. All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. To help you as quickly as possible it is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify us immediately of any damage. Please provide photographs with identifiable product information before returning. The item is faulty Our items are high quality products and your purchase is automatically protected by Australian Consumer Law. Should your product be faulty please contact us via the Contact Seller link within your order confirmation email before returning so that we can ensure the correct process is followed for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. We will work with you to achieve the best and fasted solution possible. Most returns will be processed the next business day after we receive the returned package.
