Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

No One at Home
If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will:

Leave the parcel in a safe place (if you have authorised this); or

Take the parcel to your nearest post office and leave a collection card. Please follow the instructions on the card to collect your parcel within the nominated timeframe (usually 5–10 business days). Uncollected parcels may be returned to us.

For redelivery or alternative arrangements, please contact Australia Post directly using the information on the collection card.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number. We are happy to assist with enquiries where possible.

All our product prices include shipping — FREE delivery across Australia.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind:

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals
All tags, labels, and protective packaging are intact

Please note:

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Items must be returned in a resalable condition

This change-of-mind policy is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace those rights.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• A repair
• A replacement
• A refund

We will also cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims.

Customers are entitled to a remedy regardless of the time since delivery, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Gift cards
• Software with a broken seal
• Clearance items
