Key Features: • Extreme Heat Resistance: Operates continuously above 200°C, with a deflection temperature of 264°C under 0.45 MPa. • Flame Retardant: Rated UL-94 V-0 for safety in automotive and electronics applications. • High Mechanical Strength: Carbon fiber and PPS provide excellent stiffness, strength, and low warping. • Chemical Resistance: Tolerates most acids, bases, and solvents below 200°C. • Minimal Moisture Absorption: Only 0.05% absorption helps retain mechanical integrity in humid conditions.
