BakPhysio was founded in 2004 by Mark Alexander, former Sports Physiotherapist to the Australian Olympic team, post-graduate University lecturer in Physiotherapy, author, and inventor of BakBalls and NeckRest.

Delivery timeframes
Orders are shipped every business day through Australia Post. Expect to receive your delivery to addresses within Australia in 4-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for express shipping. International orders will take longer.
Order confirmation/tax invoice
Once payment has been processed you will receive an order confirmation/tax invoice to the email address you provided when ordering.
Order tracking
Your order will be updated with a tracking number once it has been shipped. Enter your tracking number via Australia Post to track your parcel.

International: Orders are sent via registered mail but can only be tracked until they leave Australia. Please email info@bakphysio.com if you are concerned that your order hasn't arrived.

BakPhysio Return Policy
BakPhysio stands by our products 100% but if by chance you aren't satisfied with our products, or your product has a manufacturing fault, or you suffer from one of the conditions listed at the bottom of the page and your health professional has advised you against using any BakPhysio product, you can return the product. Once we have received the product, a refund will be applied to the card or PayPal account from which payment was taken. Please note that your financial institution usually takes 3-5 working days to clear funds into your bank account.
Please contact us to advise us of the returning product and, if you are comfortable, the associated reasons for returning the product. Then return the product at your expense in a re-sellable condition with packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding postage and handling) to:
