Australian Auto Accessories Shipping Policy

We ship your orders via Australia Post's regular delivery service, Parcel Post. Parcel Post delivery service covers all addresses within Australia and automatically includes tracking.\n\nWithin Australia we offer FREE shipping via Parcel Post for items up to 5kg and under 100cm in length. \n\nFor items between 5kg to 20kg, and under 100cm in length, shipping fee is $29.95 flat rate to Australian addresses via Parcel Post, and $19.95 for each additional item.\n \nFor items between above 20kg and/or 100cm in length we ship via a courier service, a cost for shipping will be provided to you at checkout and before final payment. Order weight is based on actual weight or cubic weight, whichever is the greater.

Australian Auto Accessories Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. 1. Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. This paragraph covers that possibility. If you are not wholly satisfied with the Product, please tell us at the earliest opportunity: 1.1. exactly what is the fault; 1.2. the date, if relevant, when the fault became apparent; 1.3. when and how you discovered the fault; 1.4. how the fault affected your use of the Goods. 2. To do this, it is essential that you follow the instructions below. These provisions apply in the event that you return Goods to us because you say they are defective. 3. You must tell us that you would like to return Goods by contacting us via the 'Contact Seller' button on your Bunnings order confirmation email. Specify exactly what Goods and when purchased, and give full details of the defect or other reason for return. We will then issue a Goods Return form. If you send Goods to us without a completed form, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint. 4. The Goods must be returned to us within 30 days. 5. So far as possible, Goods should be returned: 5.1. with both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition; 5.2. securely wrapped; 5.3. including a completed Goods Return form; 5.4. at your risk and cost when your return is because you decided you have purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item; 5.5. via our return label when your return is because the received product was incorrectly supplied, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
