Aussie Pet Doors Shipping Policy

Aussie Pet Doors offers a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within Australia including Tasmania. Australia Post is our preferred delivery partner where available. We also deliver internationally. Metro / Rural postcodes are decided and managed by our delivery partners and not by Aussie Pet Doors.

If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will typically leave a note or calling card. This calling card usually contains the details needed to contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. If for any reason you do not contact them and/ or they are unable to contact you, the delivery may be returned to us. If returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.

At Aussie Pet Doors we stand behind our products! That’s why we offer a 30 Day Change of Mind Guarantee from the day you purchased the product, on all our brands. Some of these products can’t be returned – usually due to health and safety reasons.

Products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new and unused condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.

The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product.

You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged if the item is returned

If these instructions are not followed and the item is not fit for resale the refund will not be accepted and you will be liable for shipping costs if you want the item shipped back to you.
