Auslittle Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney and only deliver to addresses within Australia. Please note that Not all products are available in all areas.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

Delivery partners normally drop the items at the ground floor level only or at your front door.


Combined postage for different products is not available as fees normally depend on size and weight.

Products may be dispatched in more than one carton, and sometimes shipping is done by multiple deliveries.

We aim to dispatch all products within one to two working days after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please make sure products are in its original package and return the item in 7 days after receiving it. And please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that it will be taking longer time to deliver during peak season such as Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day and etc. Please allow extra 3-5 business days for delivery during those periods.

Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.

Auslittle Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Please contact our Customer Service Team, by clicking on the Contact Seller located within your original order confirmation email, immediately if:
-Your product was damaged during transit
-You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased
-You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased

For change of mind, you can only request to return the item within 7 days of delivery: item in its original package and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage; and The product is not a custom order or bulk order. We are unable to accept returns for custom order products or quantities of more than one desk. You will be deducted shipping and handling fee from your refund.

Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team which will be sent to your registered email address. All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not accepted. Applicable dispatch fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
