Our store will not be held accountable for any delays in carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. In case of delay in transit, please contact courier using tracking number provided in the dispatch notice email. In most cases, they will be able to solve the problem. Shipping Notes:

Please open the package to check the item before you sign for the parcel, if you found any problems just reject it directly.
Some big items will be separated into a few boxes. If you only receive some parts of the item, please wait patiently and contact us.
If you want the product can be sent on a specific day, please contact the logistics providers directly.
Your product may be placed at your door or in the courtyard , please check it in time to avoid missing the parcel .If you still can't find it ,please contact us or logistic provider timely.
Please pay attention to shipping exclusions and enter the postcode of your delivery address on payment page. Applicable postage and handling fees will be displayed. We only accept requests for changing address in areas where shipping is free before shipped. The buyer need to pay extra freight if want to change the address to remote areas.
Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. Hence discounts on freight costs are not available.
We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.
Deliveries are automatically labelled as ;\Authority to leave\, which means that they do not require a signature; No redeliver y service, card left and you need to collect them yourselves.If you need DFE to deliver;again, then you need to pay for it.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and fully refunded. Please understand!
We are sorry that the logistics carrier does not allow us to cancel the order in transit after we have dispatched the item for you. So if you don't want to keep the item, please send it back to our warehouse after you receive it. After receiving the item, we will give you the full refund asap.

The Return and Refund Policy Applies to all purchase from AUPK, unless stated otherwise. We offer refunds, repairs and replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy

Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Us within 30 days of delivery.

2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Mattresses, maternity pillow and other vacuum packaging products etc.

4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, assembled or altered in any way.

5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by AUPK

6. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Refunds are provided as a credit card refund, or original method of payment refund.

Return Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 2 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 5-7 business days from the bank.

If it is due to the quality of our products or delivery problems caused by the return, we will bear the cost of logistics. Beyond that, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. There is no restocking fee for your return.
