For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
To facilitate our work, please provide your order confirmation or receipt as well as photographs of the damaged good and packaging along with your request. Faulty items will be fixed or replaced.
Allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. We will contact you with your new tracking information once the new order is on its way.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be transferred into your account.
Artist Lane is NOT responsible for any damage after delivery.
If your parcel arrives with signs of damage please reject the delivery. It will be returned to us and we will replace it as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Every artwork is colour-corrected to match the original piece. Viewing artwork online may not always give you a true representation of the artwork itself. Depending on the device used, the artwork brightness can vary.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: If you change your mind about your purchase within 48 hours of receiving it, we will gladly accept a return. Please contact us to initiate the return process. The item must be returned in its original condition. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. You will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the product to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
