All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Shipping fees start from $11 and are calculated based on the weight and size of the product and your location at checkout. We partner with trusted courier companies including Australia Post and Direct Freight Express. You will receive a tracking number and delivery progress updates within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible; please note that if the order has already been dispatched, an additional fee may apply for cancellation. During peak seasons such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, and Christmas, delivery times may be extended due to high parcel volumes, so please allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery during these busy periods. Our comprehensive return and warranty policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and support in the event of any issues with your product. Return Faulty Items: If you discover a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange, repair, or refund the item. For faults identified after 30 days, please refer to our warranty policy. Return for Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or change your mind within 30 days, you may choose a refund, repair, or exchange if the product is faulty, or does not perform as expected. A 25% restocking fee applies to returns unless the item is unopened and unused in its original packaging, which qualifies for a full refund. Warranty Policy Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage due to improper use, accidents, alterations, or other exclusions as specified in the user manual. If a return is necessary, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Change of Mind: Postage Charges for returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for postage charges.
