Return Faulty Items:
If you discover a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange, repair, or refund the item. For faults identified after 30 days, please refer to our warranty policy.
Return for Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or change your mind within 30 days, you may choose a refund, repair, or exchange if the product is faulty, or does not perform as expected.
A 25% restocking fee applies to returns unless the item is unopened and unused in its original packaging, which qualifies for a full refund.
Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage due to improper use, accidents, alterations, or other exclusions as specified in the user manual.
