Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number (allow 48 hours for tracking to update).
Shipping: Starts from $9.95 within Australia (delivery in 2 to 7 business days).
Order Tracking & Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after the shipping confirmation email, contact the seller via the Bunnings order confirmation email with your name and order number.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
Refund covers the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
If an order arrives damaged, report it ASAP with a photo and order number via the Bunnings seller contact link.

Change of Mind Returns
All Seasons Homeware accepts change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

The item must be:
Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
Unused, unworn, or unopened, with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact.
In resalable condition and not damaged in any way.
Items in sealed packages/boxes cannot be returned if the seal is broken or damaged.
Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility. If the returned item is not received, a refund will not be processed.
A refund will be issued only after the returned product is received and meets the policy conditions.
If the return does not meet the policy conditions, the customer must cover the shipping cost to have the item sent back.

Returns for Incorrect or Faulty Goods
Our quality control team carefully inspects all orders. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us to arrange:

A return shipping label (we cover return costs for faulty items).
A refund or exchange upon receiving the return.
The return must be received by All Seasons Homeware within 30 days.
