For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email within 7 days of receiving it.
We are unable to accept the return or exchange of an item if it has been assembled and / or attempted to be installed.
Please check your order when you receive it. We will provide a full refund once item is back in our warehouse in perfect condition.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and include pictures of the damaged goods.
Cancelling an order:
In order to receive a refund please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. If item has already been dispatched, freight charge will not be refunded and you will need to arrange return delivery to our warehouse. Once received in perfect condition a refund on the goods will be made.
