Made from stainless steel, it has two self-closing doors to keep your produce fresh, 8 x 1/3 GN trays and an extra wide 40cm stainless steel preparation bench area. The unit has a closable lid to improve efficiency when you are not serving. The Saladette fridge comes complete with caster wheels for easy manoeuvrability. R290 Refrigerant is non-toxic, natural, and free of ozone-depleting properties. R290 is one of the most climate-friendly and cost-effective refrigerants available. The X-series are designed with dual fans, located at the front and side of the unit. This frees the rear ventilation space allowing you to position these models to flush against the back wall.
