For any returns, please contact us via the ‘Contact Seller’ link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

All products ordered via Bunnings Marketplace from Advance Audio Australia have a 14-day money back guarantee. During this time, you can return or exchange your purchase for free, and we will ensure that you get your money back. All returns (including exchanges) can be made within 14 days of receipt. As a condition of eligible returns, all returned products must be unused and please ensure the original packaging, warranty card, gifts and all other accessories are included and are undamaged. If you have a problem with your product or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We're here to help.

Refund Terms
Once the products are back with us, we’ll check that everything’s in order before processing the refund. We’ll inspect them to make sure they’re in like-new condition. If the speakers have been damaged, through abnormal use, we may not refund you.

If we’re refunding you, we’ll send the money back to the card you’ve used. We’re not able to credit a different card or use anything but the original payment method.

The Return and Exchange Process
Before starting the return process, please check if you have had the products for 14 days or less? Are they in like-new condition? Did you keep the original packaging and all accessories? We won't be able to refund you if you're not eligible our return policy.

Once your product has been submitted for return and exchange, we will contact you within 1-2 working days to process your return request. Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your card. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
