We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to request a return. If your item is eligible for a return we will send you a return shipping label. We will also send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For change of mind or incorrectly ordered item returns the cost of a return label will be deducted from your the refund - The item must be returned in its original as-new (unworn) condition - Include all original applicable packaging, tags, paperwork, bags, stickers, manuals and labels - Pack the item to avoid any damage in the post - Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable on change of mind returns.
