Purchases are shipped using standard shipping by Australia Post. The shipping price varies by weight and destination and shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be provided at the time the order is dispatched. Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours and delivery will usually take between 2-10 business days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please contact us to request a return. If your item is eligible for a return we will send you a return shipping label. We will also send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For change of mind or incorrectly ordered item returns the cost of a return label will be deducted from your the refund
- The item must be returned in its original as-new (unworn) condition
- Include all original applicable packaging, tags, paperwork, bags, stickers, manuals and labels
- Pack the item to avoid any damage in the post
- Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable on change of mind returns
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorisation to be eligible for a refund
