Change of mind & refund policy
If you aren’t happy with your order from Oceania Trade Link please get in touch as soon as possible. We can offer a change-of-mind return or exchange within 14 days, as long as the packaging and product are still in saleable condition, but please note this will attract a 10% restocking fee, and you'll need to cover the cost of the return postage to our warehouse. If there is an issue with your product (eg. faulty or not as described), we can offer a return for refund or replacement at no cost to you. Just reach out to our friendly team for help.
