95mm Mint Common - Mentha spicata

Thrives in a sunny to lightly-shaded position. Suitable for moist, fertile, well-drained soils. Water regularly to keep soil moist, but don’t over water. Liquid fertilise during the growing season. Perfect for jellies, sauces and desserts, and refreshingly cool in Summer drinks. Harvest leaves as required by cutting stems back at the base, allowing new shoots to form. A warm winter site will ensure growth throughout the colder months. Grows quickly via underground runners, so it is highly recommended to grow in pots to restrict spread.
