Thrives in a sunny, open position. Suitable for moist, fertile, well-drained soils. Water regularly to keep soil moist, but don’t over water. Liquid fertilise during the growing season. Use parsley in soups and stews, fish and egg dishes and as a garnish. Parsley can also be used to freshen the breath after eating garlic. The leaves are a good source of iron, and rich in vitamins A and C. Regular harvesting keeps plants compact, healthy and vigorous.
