Camellia tsaii is a graceful, evergreen shrub or small tree native to southern China and parts of Southeast Asia. It features arching branches and narrow, glossy green leaves with finely toothed edges. Blooming from late winter to early spring, it produces numerous small, white, single flowers about 3–4 cm in diameter, each with five delicate petals and prominent yellow stamens. The blooms stand out beautifully against the dark foliage. Camellia tsaii thrives in sheltered, semi-shaded spots with acidic, well-drained soil.
