Camellia × williamsii ‘Margaret Waterhouse’ is a vigorous, medium-evergreen shrub celebrated for its profuse, soft silvery-pink, semi-double flowers blooming in winter and spring . The blooms, around 7–10 cm across, showcase a delicate, ruffled form surrounding clusters of yellow stamens . Glossy dark-green foliage with finely serrated leaves forms a dense, upright habit, reaching approximately 3 m tall and wide over time . Originating in Australia in 1955 from a japonica × saluenensis cross by E. G. Waterhouse, it thrives in part shade and acidic, well-drained soil.
