330mm Backyard Bliss - Syzygium paniculata

‘Backyard Bliss’ is an exciting new Lilly Pilly. It is a selected form of Syzygium paniculata with some great characteristics. The best being, it is Psyllid Resistant, meaning the foliage remains clean and healthy. It is a fast growing, dense, evergreen native shrub that grows to approximately 3 – 4mts tall and 1mt wide.

The leaves are dark green and glossy giving the plant a very lush look. The new growth is red during the height of the growing season and bronze as the foliage hardens off.

‘Backyard Bliss’ makes for a sensational hedge/screen around your property giving colour and privacy. It is also great for topiary and can be easily grown in containers.

‘Backyard Bliss’ prefers full sun but will grow well in part shade. It likes fertile, moist, well drained soil to perform at its best.
