I am an attractive tree with weeping burgundy and green foliage.
I have small white flowers from late winter borne along the tops of my foliage which tend to make me look like am covered in a light dusting of snow.
I am a hardy steady growing and very well behaved and long lived tree. I almost never drop limbs making me a good choice for public areas.
I grow quickly when young and more slowly as I mature which combined with my dense form makes me a great screening tree. I can also be an ideal shade or feature tree.
Being very hardy I am well suited to coastal conditions and exposed locations.
