Masses of creamy white flowers appear in spring are followed by green fruit that ripen to red and then to black during summer and autumn. Manzanillo is one of Spain's finest varieties, and is widely planted in Australia, it produces a versatile olive that can be used for oil production or the table. Ideal as a specimen plant or to grow in large pots. Hardy and tolerant to dry conditions and full sun.
