Kunzea Muntries is a woody plant with petite, bright green leaves that grow along upright stalks. Muntries bear clusters of fragrant purplish/red berries with the flavour of a spicy apple. They contain up to four times more antioxidants than blueberries.
Muntries is a dense ground covering plant that handles full sun or dappled shade, as well as sandy soil and some salinity. It can be used as an effective weed-suppressing species and works well in container planting and garden beds - filling up gaps, awkward corners and sandy narrow beds.
