140mm Lavender Javelin - Lavandula species

A small, bushy shrub with narrow, aromatic, grey-green leaves and bearing slender spikes of tiny, purple, scented flowers during summer. Grow in a sunny, open position in well drained soil and prune after flowering to maintain compact growth. The flowers are suitable for drying and can be added to pot pourri. Ideal for borders, cottage gardens and containers. Makes an excellent hardy hedge.
