Helichrysum italicum 'Silvio' is a striking variety of the Helichrysum or Curry plant, growing only up to 30cm tall.
Its delicate silvery leaves create a stunning contrast when planted alongside other green foliage plants.
This particular variety is also able to withstand hot and dry climates, light frost, and coastal conditions.
Young leaves can be harvested year round and used sparingly to add a curry flavour to dishes.
