- I am a dwarf form with sky blue flowers throughout the warmer months ideal in garden edges, borders & rockeries
- Hardy and adaptable I am just as happy garden planted or in a pot, a great way to brighten paved areas
- I am a sterile variety with no seed set to cause environmental issues
- I thrive in full sun to part shade
- I perform well in most soils but do best in those that are fertile and free draining or premium potting mix
I am a unique compact early blooming dwarf agapanthus producing masses of blue flowers to 450cm that sit proud above clusters of short, wide evergreen foliage to 20cm.
Rarely setting seed makes me less weedy than many agapanthus and also results in me having a longer bloom period.
I am particularly hardy to extremes of temperature and dry conditions.
I am adaptable equally as happy growing in a pot or other container as I am in the garden. I am great choice for borders and along paths. I make a real statement mass planted.
I require almost no maintenance but my appearance can be improved but removing my spent blooms at the base before the brown off.
