100mm Capsicum Chinese Giant - Capsicum annuum

With striking sweet bells of emerald-green ripening to ruby-red, these large capsicums have thick, sweet flesh that's perfect for roasting or adding a splash of colour and flavour to salads and stir fries. Listed in 1902 by Burpee's Seed Company, this American heirloom bears 15cm fruits which can be heavy, so stake at planting to support the developing fruit. Harvest in 16 weeks from transplant. Yields 1.3kg per plant.
