The Exotronic Bellmouth Copper Lug pack contains 10 tinned copper lugs for 70mm² cables with M12 stud size. Made from 99.9% pure C11000 oxygen-free copper with a thick 5–10 micron tin layer, these lugs offer excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The flared bellmouth entry prevents strand damage during insertion, while the inspection window allows visual confirmation of full conductor seating. The fully annealed barrel ensures a gas-tight crimp, and each lug is clearly marked with cable and stud size. Suitable for high-current battery, solar, marine, and RV systems, these lugs meet AS/NZS 4325.1:1995 and operate from -55°C to 155°C.
