We ship Australia wide and endeavor to pack and ship all orders within 1 business day.\n\nAs a general guide, our shipping time frames are:\nSydney, Melbourne, Brisbane - Metro Areas: 2 - 3 Business Days\nQLD, NSW, VIC - Outer Metro Areas: 3 – 8 Business Days\nNT, SA, TAS, WA, ACT & Regional Areas: 5 - 15 Business Days\nDelivery Conditions\n• Due to the nature of our products (bulky), please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.\n• Deliveries are processed with Authority to Leave - Please add instructions on your booking for a safe place to leave or alternative delivery address if there is no safe place to leave, as drivers may not be able to call before delivery.\n• Delivery schedule is a guideline only and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Delay may occur during holidays, peak periods, or extreme weather conditions. \n\nChange of Mind / Damaged Goods Policy\n• Please note: All returned products must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition (including all original product packaging). \n• If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of purchase to organize the return of your product and refund the purchase price of your product (less 25% shipping and handling fee to cover the initial delivery and pickup fees).\n• Please contact us for return approval. Zinus Return Policy

We strive really hard for perfection, but despite our best efforts, mistakes do happen. In case there are any faults in the materials you receive or any kind of manufacturing defect, we'll make sure you are taken care of as fast as you can say, "There's a box on my doorstep." We want you to LOVE every Zinus purchase. To ensure the speedy resolution of your return or exchange, all returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if: -Your product was damaged during transit -You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased -You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is: -Returned within 30 days of order -Not used and with original packaging -Is in resaleable condition with no damage To contact our Customer Service team, please click on the Contact Seller link located in your original order confirmation email. Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team. Applicable freight and re-stocking fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product.
