All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). We ship Monday through Friday during standard business hours; orders placed after hours will be queued for processing the following business day. Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to offer scheduled delivery dates. If you need us to hold your order before dispatch, please contact us before purchase so we can confirm whether this is possible.
Once dispatched, metro deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days, while regional deliveries take between 5 and 14 business days.
Because we rely on third-party courier partners, we are unable to schedule specific delivery dates or time slots. Deliveries typically take place Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. If you have a preferred safe place or an alternative delivery address, please add this at checkout. Additionally, couriers may not be able to call ahead before delivery as they are not provided with mobile phones.
Due to the bulky nature of our products, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery timeframes are a guide only and may change during busy periods, public holidays, or extreme weather.
If you change your mind, returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase.
