White Knight Rust Guard® Quick Dry Advanced Enamel is guaranteed to inhibit the development of rust for 8 years if applied to suitable and properly prepared surfaces, following White Knight instructions and the appropriate White Knight Preparation and Primer products are used (if required). This guarantee is given by PPG Industries Australia Pty Ltd and applies to defects in the manufacture or formulation of the product. This guarantee does not cover: blistering, peeling or flaking; application in highly corrosive areas; paint failure caused by any breakdown of coatings applied previously or use of other coating not specified by White Knight; or any other factors beyond our control. Any damage to the coating must be repaired immediately to inhibit rust development. If this guarantee is not met, we will replace the paint or refund your money. We are not liable for the cost of any labour or any other direct or indirect loss or damage arising from a breach of this guarantee. Customers are responsible for all costs of claiming under this guarantee. The benefits provided by this guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies under the law.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
