vidaXL Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to:\n- Sydney Metro\n- Melbourne Metro\n- Brisbane Metro\nFor all other areas, shipping costs are influenced by products’ dimensions (size and weight) and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be displayed before checkout. \nOrders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated from 3 to 10 days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware that deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

vidaXL Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. How long can you change your mind for? Most products sold by vidaXL can be returned up to 14 calendar days after receiving them. This cooling-off period ends the moment you use the product. What can be returned? What are your obligations? We strongly recommend that you check your order upon receipt for any damage or missing parts. During the cooling-off period, you may only view and evaluate the item as you would in a brick- and-mortar store. If during the cooling-off period, you have gone beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item, vidaXL reserves the right to refuse your refund. Returns will only be accepted if: 1. the returned product is complete; AND, 2. it is in its original packaging and in the state it was received. How to request a return? You can easily notify us of your decision to return your order by clicking on the “Contact Seller” link which can be found in the initial order confirmation email before expiry of the cooling-off period (14 calendar days). In all cases, please provide as much information as possible to allow us to quickly handle your request. How can you return your products? Upon receipt of your request to return your product and provided your request meets the requirements set herein, vidaXL will, depending on the product and reason for which you requested a return, either organize a pick-up, send you a return label to bring the product to a parcel shop or let you return the product by yourself. What are related costs to the XLservice? The costs of returning your product will vary depending on the reason for which you request a return: 1. The product is not as expected or you changed your mind: When items are not as expected, and you wish to return them, you will need to pay the return postage of $19.99 to have the item shipped back to our warehouse. Any delivery fees (where applicable) you may have paid, will not be refunded. 2. The product is damaged, incomplete or incorrect: upon receipt of your notification of the issue, we will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution which can include repair, replacement (in part or in full) or a refund (in part or in full). If returning the product is required, we will cover (reasonable) return costs if you follow our return instructions. Delivery fees you may have paid (where applicable) will be refunded if the agreed solution is a full refund. How are refunds issued? Refunds will always be issued through the same means of payment as the ones used to place your order. Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
