Tannus Armour's tire insert features 360° bead to bead puncture protection for all types and levels of riding. It effectively safeguards against sharp objects, sidewall cuts, rim damage, and pinch flats. Utilizing patented Aither multi-cell foam compound, Tannus Armour is a lightweight, flexible, and exceptionally durable foam insert. The Tannus Armour offers 15mm of top puncture protection and 2mm of sidewall protection against sharp objects and rocks. Its cushioning effect upon impact prevents contact between the inner tube and rim, preventing pinch flats. Additionally, this product provides extra safeguarding for rims during intense impacts. Tannus Armour offers sidewall support to prevent tyre buckling when experiencing lateral force in fast corners. This allows for lower tyre pressure than standard tubeless set-ups. Ideal pressure for City/Commuter/Gravel/Touring is 25-30 PSI and for MTB is 15-20 PSI. Installing the Armour is quick, easy, and requires no maintenance.
