Effect Liner is a relief liner that can be used to create three-dimensional lines and dots on practically all lightly absorbent surfaces. The Effect liners are highly suitable for creating attractive, smooth “pearls”. For an optimal 3D effect, hold the tip just above the surface and press the paint out smoothly. For an optimal 3D effect, gently squeeze the rear of the liner. Before use, tap the top on your work surface, so that the liquid in the liner flows to the front and to remove any air bubbles. Hold the point of the Effect liner just above the surface for an optimal 3D effect. Tip:* When working with the liner, ensure that you do not rub against the wet lines or dots with your hand or arm. The liners are available in 49 different colours and various effects, including pearlescent, shimmer, glitter and neon. Each effect liner contains 28ml of relief paint. Drying time 24 hours. Only suitable for indoor use.
