Welcome to Switch Boss, a premier Automotive Switch company based in Brisbane, Queensland.

Switch Boss started with one product, and now stocks over 3200 styles and variations of Switches, Accessories and Electrical Components to suit Automotive, Caravan, Marine, Racing, PC Simulation and many more applications. We are constantly developing and creating new products to meet every demand and application.

Switch Boss is an entirely Australian Owned and Operated business. We design, test and assemble a huge range of products in-house in our Tingalpa workshop, so you can purchase our products with confidence.

Bunnings' lowest prices policy and price guarantee does not apply to products sold directly by Bunnings' Trusted Sellers.

Switch Boss Shipping Policy

All items on offer for purchase from Switch Boss are stocked and dispatched from a warehouse in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

As we dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Tingalpa, Brisbane; if you're local to the Greater Brisbane/SEQ area, postage generally only takes a couple of days.

Same day dispatch available for most orders received and processed before 1pm AEST! We currently dispatch with our logistics partners twice a day, every business day - 10:30am and 2:30pm. Please do note, Business Days for dispatch do not include weekends, Brisbane/QLD/National public holidays, and advised Christmas/New Year holiday period closures.

If you have a delivery service preference (Australia Post or Courier), please advise at time of purchase, or via email immediately following purchase. We will attempt to fulfil all service preferences, however, preference is subject to product and delivery location.

We can send your consignment to any valid street address registered with Australian Post. This includes PO Boxes within Australia. If you wish to have your purchase delivered to a PO Box, please only include 'PO Box' followed by; your PO Box Number, Correct Suburb and Post Code in the respective fields of the checkout. A PO Box number is considered a Street Address. No other information is required.

Delivery times are specified for original delivery attempt, and does not included if re-delivery/pick-up has to be arranged. Delivery times are estimated from the next business date following dispatch.

All orders are sent without signature required on delivery, unless specifically requested in the Check-Out. If the receiver requires/prefers signature at time of delivery, please ensure you advise of this in the Special Instructions section of the Cart when using the Check-Out, prior to payment. Alternatively, please Contact Us immediately following order placement to notify us of your delivery signature requirement.

As all deliveries are handled by 3rd party companies, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we do our best to let you know how long they'll take, based on current rolling averages.

Buyers will be able to track the delivery online with a unique tracking number.

We are currently utilizing Australia Post and Aramex Courier services. If you have a service/delivery preference, please note this in the checkout Special Instructions, or Contact Us immediately following order confirmation. We will attempt to fulfill all service preferences, however, preference is subject to product size and delivery location.

All orders sent via Australia Post or Aramex do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place, where safe to do so (generally your mail box, or out of sight at front door), determined by the delivering party. If you require/prefer a signature on delivery, please note this specifically at the Check-Out.

Switch Boss Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Buy with confidence - We offer a 30 Day Returns option for all items that meet the below criteria. We are happy to offer a Return service for any reason including change of mind, purchased incorrect product etc.. A Returns Form will be supplied outlining exactly how to send back any items. This form can be included in any return packages to ensure your return is processed.

We don't offer an exchange service, only a Return and Refund option - but our team will be more than happy to assist with the Return and with any purchase of an alternate product, if required.

The item must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf). All returns postage charges must be covered by the buyer. Switch Boss does not supply or cover any return post charges. We also do not accept any delivery charges as part of a purchase being returned. This includes, but not limited too, Cash on Delivery charges, Return to Sender charges, Parcel Return Charges, Undersized/Underpaid Return charges.

Please do not return any products until your return has been approval by a Switch Boss staff member.
