Sweat Central Shipping Policy

The team at Sweat Central wants to give you value and what better way by offering our customers the most cost effective way resulting in even greater savings to our customers. Some items even have FREE delivery.\n\nMetropolitan orders have a higher chance lowest delivery (dependent on order size), excluding cities Perth, Darwin, Adelaide and Tasmania.\n\nDelivery that is bulky, heavy and requires additional assistance may incur more charges. Any locations that are not on the ground floor and may require the courier special access or waiting time may incur additional charges.\n\nSweat Central is a small business and have chosen to offer cheapest delivery where possible without any mark ups like others! We appreciate your understanding that in the event we need to request payment for delivery that you have the option to obtain a refund.\n\nIn the situation where we must pass on delivery fees (e.g heavy and oversize items or large quantity bulk orders) – we will endeavor to always provide the lowest fee possible. Please note that any special delivery requests such as express, registered or international delivery is not included and must be separately charged at our discretion.\n

Sweat Central Return Policy

Contact us via the link on your order confirmation email to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). State your concern/s along with your contact details and a team member will respond to you. Once you have been issued a RAN, send back the item/s in the original product packaging. You must also include a postage-paid satchel if you are exchanging an item. Please include all your contact details and note briefly outline the reason for the return. All products must be returned in new condition, to ensure further processing. The address will be provided upon obtaining a RAN. We will happily exchange products that are undamaged, unsoiled, and in original condition. The general time frame to claim for exchanges is within 14 days from the date of delivery. We are notified of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the return of the item in undamaged, unsoiled, and original condition. We recommend that you register the item to avoid any lost-in-transit issues. The customer must pay for the costs for the return and if applicable the re-delivery of the item. The customer will be refunded by the same method by which the customer had originally paid within 14 days. You must also provide proof of purchase. The warranty period is stated on the item listing page. Any claims made under warranty must be returned to us for inspection or sent back to the manufacturer through us. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase within the set period. The return instructions process must be followed to claim for warranty. For some items a 20% handling and a re-stocking fee may apply for items incorrectly purchased, we cannot absorb these costs placed upon us by our suppliers. Please choose carefully.
