Sunshade Products / Roof Rack World wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
For any change of mind, please contact us first via the "contact seller" link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original resaleable condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included.
- You provide proof of purchase (Bunnings order number or invoice).
The refund covers the value of the goods only and excludes original freight charges. If the above conditions are not met, the return may be refused.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery via your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We may request photos or ask you to return the item for inspection.
Once verified, we will issue a full refund (including return shipping costs) in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Return an Item
After contacting us, we'll confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions or a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
Please package the item securely (we recommend bubble wrap or similar protective material) and include a copy of your invoice or Bunnings order number inside the parcel.
Important: Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, especially for high-value items. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
