These plates have been designed to fit seamlessly around The SUMO Strength Olympic barbells. Olympic barbells are standardised with 50mm shaft diameters, so these plates will fit perfectly. Barbell collars should be used to create even more stability.
The 4-Grip design allow this style of weight plate to be used without a barbell.
