We require signatures for valuable items, such as flat-screen TVs, to ensure secure delivery. If an item is undeliverable, it may be held for collection at your local depot or post office. In some cases, redelivery can be arranged by contacting the courier company directly. We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy. Products Damaged During Delivery In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery. 1. Please contact us as soon as possible the product is received. 2. Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was when you received it, with original packaging and all accessories. 3. We will organise repair, replacement or refund of the damaged product, provided that you contact us within a reasonable time. Faulty Items We may refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund for a product you purchased if: 1. You misused the said product in a way which caused the problem. 2. You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product before you purchased it. 3. You asked for a service to be done in a certain manner, or you asked for alterations to a product, against our advice, or you were unclear about what you wanted. 4. You refuse to provide relevant information for us to understand and identify the issue. 5. Any other exceptions apply under the Australian Consumer Law. How to Return Products 1.
