# Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains our change-of-mind return policy and your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
## Change of Mind Returns
If you receive the product as described but simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, accept the product for return or exchange subject to the following conditions:
1. You must contact us within **30 days of receiving your order** to request a return.
2. The product must be returned unused, unworn and in a condition suitable for resale, with all original packaging, certificates, documentation, tags, accessories and other items supplied with the product.
3. Any product seals, security seals or tamper-evident packaging must remain intact and must not have been broken, removed or tampered with.
4. A **10% restocking fee** will be deducted from the refund amount for approved change-of-mind returns. This fee helps cover the reasonable costs associated with inspecting, processing and returning the product to saleable inventory.
5. Original delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
6. The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning a change-of-mind item to us, including appropriate packaging, postage, insurance and tracking where appropriate.
7. If a returned product has been used, worn, damaged, altered, scratched or otherwise reduced in value while in your possession, or if any packaging, accessories, certificates, documentation or other supplied items are missing or damaged, we may:
* deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect the reduction in the product's value and/or the reasonable cost of replacing missing or damaged items; or
* decline the change-of-mind return where the product is no longer reasonably suitable for resale.
8. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning valuable items. We are not responsible for change-of-mind returns that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.
9. Change-of-mind returns are a benefit offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The conditions in this section do not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. We reserve the right to amend our Change of Mind Return Policy from time to time. Any change will not affect a return already accepted under the policy that applied at the time of acceptance.
## Products Damaged During Delivery
If a product arrives damaged during delivery:
1. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the product and provide details of the damage. We may request photographs or other information reasonably required to assess the issue.
2. Please retain the product and, where reasonably possible, its original packaging, accessories and other items supplied with it while we assess the matter.
3. Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
4. Where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a remedy, the change-of-mind restocking fee and change-of-mind deductions in this policy will not apply.
## Faulty, Misdescribed or Non-Compliant Products
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, unfit for its intended purpose or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
We may assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
You may not be entitled to a remedy where, for example:
1. You misused the product and that misuse caused the problem.
2. You knew or were made aware of the relevant problem with the product before purchasing it.
3. You requested that a service, alteration or modification be carried out in a particular manner against our advice and that request caused the problem.
4. The issue is attributable to damage, misuse or another circumstance occurring after the product was supplied to you and is not the result of a failure to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.
5. Another exception applies under the Australian Consumer Law.
These exclusions do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
## How to Return a Product
1. Contact us before sending a return. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return so that we can provide return instructions.
2. Products should be securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
3. Once an approved return has been received and assessed, any refund due will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
4. For **change-of-mind returns**, the refund will be calculated after any applicable restocking fee, non-refundable original shipping charges, and reasonable deductions for missing items, damage or reduction in value.
5. For returns arising from a fault or other failure to comply with the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the remedy required by law. If the product is confirmed to have a problem covered by the consumer guarantees, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
