Returns & Refunds Policy
You can return your item to us in its original packaging within 14 days of when it was delivered to you for a refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first to confirm and arrange.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us via your Contact Seller link within your Order Confirmation email.
Please provide the following information:
your name, number, invoice/order number and any other proof of purchase; and
detailed description of item and problem;
photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
any other details we may need to proceed further.
A team member will respond as soon as possible.
Once your order is received back to our store, a qualified team member will verify the condition of your returned item and once approved your account will be credited within five to ten working days, depending on your payment method.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, not signed for on receiving the item, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
