Drive & Collect

Order what you need online and pick it up contact-free at your local Bunnings.

The service

To check the status of your online order, please click on the “Check your order status” tab on the bottom hand right corner of your screen when you visit the Bunnings website and enter your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email. Some customers may experience a delay in receiving order confirmation emails. If you have not received an order confirmation email on the same day you placed your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

You can now choose the Drive & Collect option for collecting your online order.

Simply purchase products online, book in a convenient time for a contactless pick up, drive to your local store and park in the designated Drive & Collect parking bays where your products are loaded into your car.

How it works

1Make a purchase

Purchase products online and choose the Drive & Collect option for collecting your order. 

2Book a pick-up day and time

As this is a contactless service, you can only collect your order once you've booked a pick-up time and it's ready for collection. 

We encourage you to arrive at the time you've booked and not earlier to support physical distancing and avoid any crowding in our car parks.

3Head to the store

On arrival, please park in the designated Drive & Collect bays and have your order confirmation ready to contact the store. A team member will bring your order and place it into the boot of your car without you needing to get out.
The Drive & Collect service is available from selected Bunnings Warehouses.

You will be notified that your order is ready for pick-up. If available at your store, the link in your Ready to Collect email will allow you to book a suitable collection time 30 minutes after receiving the email.

Please park in the designated Drive & Collect bays and contact the store with the phone number on the wall with your order number. A team member will come and place your order into the boot of your car.

1. Orders placed before 4pm are generally ready for collection within four trading hours, subject to availability.*

2. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

*Pick up is not available Christmas Day or Good Friday.

Yes, you can change this by revisiting the link in your Ready to Collect email and rebooking a more suitable timeslot.
