The service

NSW/ACT & VIC Update: Please note that due to a high volume of online orders in lockdown areas, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order. Our team is working hard to prepare orders as quickly as possible. Collection timeframes for your local store will be updated regularly and clearly displayed when adding products to your cart.

To check the status of your online order, please click on the “Check your order status” tab on the bottom hand right corner of your screen when you visit the Bunnings website and enter your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.  Some customers may experience a delay in receiving order confirmation emails.  If you have not received an order confirmation email on the same day you placed your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance. 

As we continue to follow government advice relating to COVID-19, we're adapting how we operate to make sure we keep everyone safe, while ensuring you have access to the products you need.

You can now choose the Drive & Collect option for collecting your online order.

Simply purchase products online, book in a convenient time for a contactless pick up, drive to your local store and park in the designated Drive & Collect parking bays where your products are loaded into your car.

How it works

Purchase products online and choose the Drive & Collect option for collecting your order. Please note that due to a high volume of online orders in NSW & VIC lockdown areas, there may be a delay in fulfilling some orders.

2Book a pick-up day and time

As this is a contactless service, you can only collect your order once you've booked a pick-up time and it's ready for collection. 

We encourage you to arrive at the time you've booked and not earlier to support physical distancing and avoid any crowding in our car parks.

3Head to the store

On arrival, please park in the designated Drive & Collect bays and have your order confirmation ready to contact the store. A team member will bring your order and place it into the boot of your car without you needing to get out.

You will be notified that your order is ready for pick-up. After arranging a suitable time, please park in the designated Drive & Collect bays and contact the store with the phone number on your order confirmation. A team member will come and place your order into the boot of your car.

1. Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pick-up the next day from 9am, excluding Christmas Day and Good Friday. Please note that due to a high volume of online orders in NSW & VIC lockdown areas, there may be a delay in fulfilling some orders.

2. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for collection.

You can Click & Collect at all of our warehouses in Victoria (excluding Brunswick, East Pakenham and Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Carlingford, Gordon, Valley Heights and Warringah Mall), Western Australia (East Victoria Park, Kalamunda), Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT.

These products will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

Special Orders identifies our extended range that is not stocked in-store. These products are ordered once an order is placed and have longer lead times.
We currently require full address details to help validate customer identification.
In the event a store needs to reach you, providing your phone number will allow us to reach you directly to discuss your order.

After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email.
Online orders can be picked up from the online pick-up counter at the front of the store.
You need to bring photo identification and a copy of your order confirmation.
You'll be notified that your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring photo identification and your order confirmation to the online pick-up counter at the front of the store.

Your order will remain available for pick-up for a maximum of 14 days from the time you receive order confirmation.

High volume of shop online orders in metropolitan Melbourne

Due to a high volume of online orders as a result of COVID-19, your order will remain available for pick-up for a maximum of 7 days from the time you receive your order confirmation.

Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. They’ll need to provide a copy of the order confirmation in store when collecting your order, and photo identification.
In the event your order is missing an item, the store will arrange for those items to be brought to your selected Click & Collect store. In this event, the store will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for collection.

Currently, only products at warehouses in Victoria (excluding Brunswick, East Pakenham and Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Carlingford, Gordon, Valley Heights and Warringah Mall), Western Australia (East Victoria Park, Kalamunda), Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT are available for next day Click & Collect.

Yes, you can inspect the item before taking it home. Our standard exchange and refund policies also apply to Click & Collect.

Yes, you can return an item if you've changed your mind.

A refund of the total purchase price will automatically be provided unless a requested extension has been made. To do so, please contact the store you placed the order with via the telephone number provided on your order confirmation email.
To cancel an order, please contact Bunnings for a full refund via our Customer Support team on 1800 797 586, available between 5am and 12pm AEST daily.

Simply come into the store you placed your order with, and we'll happily assist you with a return or exchange.

Customers in VIC & NSW can wait for stores to reopen to return an item purchased in-store or online or alternatively contact their local store to arrange a contactless return for any damaged or faulty products at designated bays in the car park.

You can easily cancel your order post purchase. Please contact Bunnings Customer Support on 1800 797 586 to cancel an order between 5am and 12pm AEST daily.
