*Offer available from 1 July 2026 until 2:00pm (local time) on 14 August 2026 to active OnePass members (including members on a free trial) on eligible parcel-sized orders placed at Bunnings in select NSW locations from participating stores.
Same day delivery is available on eligible orders placed before 2:00pm (local time) for delivery addresses within 15km of a participating Bunnings store. Eligible orders are expected to be delivered by 7:00pm on the same day.
Next day delivery is available on eligible orders placed before 7:00pm (local time) for delivery addresses within 25km of a participating Bunnings store. Eligible orders are expected to be delivered by 7:00pm on the following day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to factors outside Bunnings' and OnePass' reasonable control, including product availability, traffic conditions, weather events and delivery capacity. Offer excludes Special Orders, Marketplace products, Gift Cards and Big & Bulky products. Additional exclusions may apply.

Eligibility is determined at checkout based on the delivery address provided and proximity to participating stores within 15km radius for same day delivery and 25km radius for next day delivery. What additional delivery types are included for free for OnePass members?
- Next day delivery for eligible orders placed before 7pm local time for delivery within 25 kms of the above stores by 7pm local time the following day

How do I qualify for same and next day delivery?
Same and next day delivery to subject to:
- Order cut-off times
- Product availability
- Delivery partner availability
- Location within the NSW location radius
Who delivers my order?
Deliveries may be fulfilled through delivery partners such as Uber, depending on your location and store.
Can delivery times be guaranteed?
Delivery timeframes are targeted but not guaranteed, as they depend on store processing and delivery partner capacity.
Do I need OnePass to access the offer?
Yes, the offer is exclusive to active OnePass members only.
What if I’m not a OnePass member?
You can sign up to OnePass during the promotional period to access free same and next day delivery.
Will I be charged for OnePass?

If delays occur, customers should contact Customer Support on 1800 797 586 or email customersupport@bunnings.com.au. Stores and delivery partners will aim to resolve issues quickly.
What if my order cannot be fulfilled same day?
If same day delivery is unavailable, you may be offered:
- Next day delivery
- Another suitable delivery option
Can I change or cancel my delivery after ordering?

What happens after the offer ends?

How do I know if my order is eligible for free standard delivery with a OnePass membership?
To check the eligibility of your order, log in with your OnePass credentials, add your products and delivery address to your cart and all delivery options, including free standard delivery, will be calculated for you.
OnePass members get free standard delivery on eligible parcel-sized* online orders when purchased via the Bunnings website or Bunnings app. This applies to Bunnings’ current product range available online, excluding Special Orders, Marketplace items, and gift cards. OnePass cannot be used in conjunction with PowerPass.
*Standard parcel dimensions:
- Max weight 22kgs
- Max length 100cm x height 70cm x width 60cm
- Max dimensions 0.25 cubic metres

Can the transaction activity in the OnePass App be used as proof of purchase or for tax purposes?
The transaction activity displayed in the OnePass App is not proof of purchase and shouldn’t be used for tax purposes. Please retain the original receipt or view in the Bunnings App.
Do all transactions appear in the OnePass App?
If a OnePass member has linked to their Bunnings account, all transaction activity will appear in the OnePass App from the 27th or March 2025. Simply scan a OnePass barcode or Bunnings QR code. Deliveries will show in the OnePass App once the delivery is completed.
Even though some transactions are excluded from earning Flybuys/bonus points, transactions will still appear in the OnePass App if linked to a Bunnings account and OnePass membership is scanned during the transaction. Special Orders (All COS orders including install), Marketplace, returns only and gift cards purchased online will not appear in the OnePass App. Online transaction will only appear once invoiced.
How can I ensure the OnePass app captures transactions at Bunnings?
Ensure your Bunnings account has been linked via the OnePass App. Scan your OnePass membership or linked Bunnings QR code while transacting instore. When transacting online, login with your OnePass credentials or through your linked Bunnings account. Special Orders, Marketplace, returns only and gift cards purchased online will not appear in the OnePass App.
How do I complete a return without a physical receipt using the OnePass App?
From the 27th of March 2025, OnePass members when linked to a Bunnings account will see their Bunnings transactions in the OnePass App and online account. Team can scan the QR code found on each transaction to access proof of purchase.
How do I get Express Click & Collect at Bunnings?
OnePass members can select express Click & Collect at checkout. Orders placed between 7am and 4pm will be available for pick-up within 2 hours. Orders placed after 4pm can be collected from 9am following day.
- Make sure you are logged into the Bunnings website with an account that’s linked to OnePass
- Add products to your cart and select your pick up store
- Select OnePass express Click & Collect as the fulfilment method
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection
- Show your collection notification and photo ID when you collect in-store.
How long does it take for a transactions to appear in the OnePass App?
When transacting instore at Bunnings, a OnePass member (when linked to a Bunnings account) will see the invoiced Bunnings activity in the OnePass App instantly! Connecting to Wi-Fi and good cellular service might impact timings. Special Orders, Marketplace, returns only and gift cards purchased online will not appear in the OnePass App. Online orders will only appear once invoiced.
When will I see Bunnings transaction in the OnePass App?
From the 27th of March 2025, OnePass members will see their Bunnings transaction in the OnePass App and online account when scanning their OnePass barcode or linked Bunnings App. This can also be used when returning instore as team can scan the QR code found on each transaction to access proof of purchase.
Where can a customer get support with the OnePass App?
OnePass members can get support at OnePass Support.
Where in the OnePass App/Website can the receipts be found?
Once the OnePass app is downloaded and the member is signed-in, navigate to “my activity”.
Why would a OnePass members transaction not appear in the OnePass App?
In order for a OnePass member to see Bunnings invoiced transaction activity in the App, they must link a Bunnings account via the OnePass App and present their OnePass membership during the transaction.
Special Orders, Marketplace, returns only and gift cards purchased online will not appear in the OnePass App. Online transaction will only appear once invoiced.
Will previous transactions appear in the OnePass App?
No. Only invoiced activity from the 27th of March 2025 will appear.
How do I know if my order is eligible for Express Click & Collect?
Express Click & Collect is available for the same range of products as standard Click & Collect at Bunnings, excluding Special Orders. Products available for Click & Collect will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.
Orders placed between 7am and 4pm will be available for pick-up within 2 hours. Orders placed after 4pm can be collected from 9am following day.
How do I link my OnePass account and Bunnings account to access my benefits at Bunnings?
You can link your Bunnings account and OnePass account through the Bunnings website by following the prompts when you:
- Create a delivery order that is eligible for free delivery and visit the cart, or
- Go to ‘Account’ and click ‘Link Accounts’, or
- Sign into a Bunnings account with an email address that matches your OnePass email address, or
- Sign in using your OnePass email address and password.
Can I use PowerPass and OnePass together?
No, OnePass cannot be used in conjunction with PowerPass. For more information on the PowerPass program click here.
How do OnePass members access their benefits at Bunnings?
With an active membership you can access your benefits at Bunnings by:
- Signing into the Bunnings website or Bunnings app using your active OnePass email address and password by clicking ‘Sign in with OnePass’ or
- Linking your existing Bunnings account to an active OnePass account.
If you’re shopping on our website as a guest, you will see a prompt to join OnePass if you have an eligible cart.
How can I earn 5x Flybuys points in-store and on Click & Collect purchases at Bunnings?
As a OnePass member, link your Flybuys account with OnePass via the OnePass website, then:

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your OnePass subscription at any time, by visiting my OnePass. Your membership will then end at the conclusion of your chosen payment cycle (either monthly or yearly).
What if my Click & Deliver order does not fit into a standard package?
Customers can still place online orders that exceed standard parcel size. Delivery charges will be calculated as outlined on the delivery page.
Alternatively, you can take advantage of express Click & Collect for fast free in-store collection.
What if my order includes Marketplace products, Special Orders, or gift cards?
You can still add Marketplace and Special Orders items to the same transaction, however separate delivery charges may apply. Our Gift Card orders are purchased via a separate cart, you can find all relevant information on the Gift Cards page.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in two ways:
- Via the link in their order confirmation email
- Through the red ‘Check your order’ tab on the Bunnings homepage
What locations does free delivery cover?
Free standard delivery on eligible online orders is available for OnePass members living in metro and most regional areas. We currently cannot deliver to some remote postcodes but are working hard to be able to offer delivery options to as much of Australia as possible.
To find out if a product can be delivered to your area, enter your postcode on the product page for delivery information. You will also be alerted in cart based on the delivery address entered.
How is my personal data collected and shared?
Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with OnePass’ Privacy Policy, Collection Statement and Bunnings’ privacy policy. This includes providing you with personalised communications from OnePass and Bunnings (you can opt out at any time).
What happens after the 6 months free membership ends?
If your OnePass membership remains active after the first 6 months, you will be charged a recurring annual payment, currently $40, unless you cancel before the end of the free period.
What happens after the monthly payment pause under the 6 months free offer ends?
If you are a monthly member, payments will resume after the 6 month pause period, currently $4 per month , unless you cancel before renewal.
What happens after the annual discount under the 6 months free offer is used?
After the discounted renewal, any later renewals will be charged at the full current annual membership fee, currently $40, unless you cancel before renewal.
What happens if I cancel my membership before the end of the 6 month free period?
- If you are a monthly member and cancel before the end of the 6 month payment pause period, you forfeit the remaining value of that pause.
- If you are an annual member and cancel, switch to a non-annual plan, or do not remain active until renewal, you forfeit the $20 discount offer.
