Carriers: We utilise the services of Australia Post and Aramex for our shipping needs. These trusted carriers ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.\n\nDispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that dispatch times exclude public holidays.\n\nSignature Requirement: For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. However, if you wish to authorise the parcel to be left without a signature, you may contact the courier directly to arrange this. Please note that Oakey Electrical holds no liability for parcels left without a signature at the customer's request.\n\nDelivery Time: The estimated delivery time varies depending on the delivery location. Typically, deliveries are completed within 2-7 business days after dispatch. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.\n\nDelays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in the shipping process. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.\n\nTracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. At Oakey Electrical, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review the following information regarding our return policies: Returns for Damaged/Faulty Items (Bunnings Returns): For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Oakey Electrical will facilitate the return process and provide further instructions. We will send a replacement or issue a credit/refund once the damaged or faulty goods have been returned to us using the correct return method. Please ensure all manuals, accessories, and packaging are included with the returned item. Oakey Electrical will cover the return postage costs for damaged or faulty items only if the customer contacts us and uses the Australia Post Return Postage Label issued by us. We reserve the right to contact our manufacturers for assessment of the product before issuing a replacement or refund. Change of Mind Returns: We understand that sometimes a change of mind may occur. In such cases, we accept returns under the following conditions: The goods are returned within 14 days of receiving the order, and the customer has contacted us to initiate the return process. The goods are in their original, unopened, unused condition with all sales tags/seals unbroken. Additionally, all manuals, packaging, and accessories must be included. The items must be in a resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for bearing the risk of return and covering all costs associated with return postage. Upon receipt of the returned items and confirmation of their resalable condition, we will process the refund. Please note that the original cost of postage paid by the customer will not be refunded for change of mind returns. Return to Sender: Any orders that are returned to sender (not claimed, incorrect address etc) will incur a $15 RTS fee that will be deducted from the refund. Thank you for choosing Oakey Electrical.
