Returns for Damaged/Faulty Items (Bunnings Returns):
For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Oakey Electrical will facilitate the return process and provide further instructions.
We will send a replacement or issue a credit/refund once the damaged or faulty goods have been returned to us using the correct return method.
Please ensure all manuals, accessories, and packaging are included with the returned item.
Oakey Electrical will cover the return postage costs for damaged or faulty items only if the customer contacts us and uses the Australia Post Return Postage Label issued by us.
We reserve the right to contact our manufacturers for assessment of the product before issuing a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes a change of mind may occur. In such cases, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The goods are returned within 14 days of receiving the order, and the customer has contacted us to initiate the return process.
- The goods are in their original, unopened, unused condition with all sales tags/seals unbroken. Additionally, all manuals, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- The items must be in a resaleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for bearing the risk of return and covering all costs associated with return postage.
Upon receipt of the returned items and confirmation of their resalable condition, we will process the refund. Please note that the original cost of postage paid by the customer will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
Return to Sender:
Any orders that are returned to sender (not claimed, incorrect address etc) will incur a $15 RTS fee that will be deducted from the refund.
