The Drainwell DIY Soakwell is a flat-pack for convenience, and the panels are locked together by integrated pins and then wrapped in the fabric supplied to allow water out while at the same time preventing sand from entering the crate. The Drainwell has a large amount of the surface open so these drain the water a lot quicker than traditional soakwells. No concrete lid or blue metal is required for these soakwells.
