Shipping prices & policies\n\nWe offer free shipping on our items.\n\nDelivery timescale\n\nWe use Australia Post for shipments and goods are shipped with tracking numbers.\n\nWe dispatch between 1-3 business days after receiving an order. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.\nPlease note that after an order has been shipped you will not be refunded any shipping fees.\n\nWe will make any necessary credit card refunds only after you have returned the items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service.\n\nWhilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for cancelling your order after despatch, please note that we will not cover the cost of returning items to us unless they were defective or you received the wrong items (as detailed in our Returns & Refunds policy).
