Shipping prices & policies\n\nWe offer free shipping on our items.\n\nDelivery timescale\n\nWe use Australia Post for shipments and goods are shipped with tracking numbers.\n\nWe dispatch between 1-3 business days after receiving an order. Following dispatch, an order may take a further 2-5 business days to reach the customer.\n\nYou understand that we will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however many factors can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.\n\nAustralia Post timeframes from our warehouse are generally as follows:\n\nDelivery Area\tStandard\nMelbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo\t2-4 Days\nSydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, ACT, Central Coast, Adelaide\t3-7 Days\nBrisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Hobart\t3-8 Days\nPerth, Darwin\t6-12 Days\nRest of Australia\t6-14 Days\n\n\nAmending or cancelling an order\n\nUnfortunately, we are unable to accept any amendments to orders once they have been placed.\n\nCancelling an order before it is shipped\nIf you decide you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.\nThere is no charge or penalty for cancelling your order prior to despatch.\n\nCancelling an order after it is shipped\nIf you decide you need to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must contact us within 7 working days following the delivery of the order. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.\nPlease note that after an order has been shipped you will not be refunded any shipping fees.\n\nWe will make any necessary credit card refunds only after you have returned the items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service.\n\nWhilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for cancelling your order after despatch, please note that we will not cover the cost of returning items to us unless they were defective or you received the wrong items (as detailed in our Returns & Refunds policy).

Returns & refunds You may return items to us for any of the following reasons: You change your mind about any purchase; Any item was defective and/or not as described; You received the wrong item(s). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to return any items for any reason. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. We will make any necessary refunds only after you have returned the appropriate items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service. Whilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for returning items to us, please note that we will not cover the cost of returning the items unless they were defective or you received the wrong items. The Australian Consumer Law ("Law") which forms part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) implies into consumer contracts certain statutory conditions and warranties which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by the manufacturer or supplier. Where there is a breach of such a warranty relating to goods or services, and the breach is in terms of the Australian Consumer Law, a "major" failure, then the remedy will be limited to a refund or a replacement, at your election. In all other cases, a breach of such warranty will give rise to a refund or replacement at our election.
