The Matador Fan Controller has been designed to help you maintain a pre-programmed cooking temperature on your charcoal BBQ. Through interpreting the readings from the included Pit Temperature Probe, the Fan Controller determines when to activate its fan and direct airflow into the BBQ. Through the smart application of oxygen to the fuel source, the Matador Fan Controller takes the guesswork out of when to open the bottom air vent and deliver the perfect cook.
